Pattern Making

Pre-Production Sample

Before bulk production, we create a sample and ship it to you for approval. Once approved, we proceed to the next step.

Material & Fabric Sourcing

Fabric is sourced from trusted and reliable suppliers. It is stored on racks in the fabric warehouse and inspected before being moved to the cutting department.

Cutting & Printing Process

After sourcing, the fabric is cut into panels based on the patterns. Then, depending on the client's requirements, these panels undergo printing or embroidery.

Sewing & Quality Check

Cut panels are sewn together, bringing the design to life. Each item is carefully inspected to maintain the highest quality standards.

Packing & Delivery

Next, all items are pressed, tagged, and carefully packed. They are then securely placed in cartons and shipped via reliable delivery services.

Our bulk order production time typically ranges between 15 to 25 days, depending on order size and customization requirements. For bulk samples, production usually takes 7 to 10 days. We ensure high-quality production with timely delivery to meet your business needs.

Our MOQ for sportswear varies based on the product type and customization level. Generally, the minimum order starts from 50 pieces per design. However, for fully customized sportswear, MOQ may be slightly higher to maintain quality and efficiency.
